Did you know that all of our fish on our menu is @OceanWise certified? That means the fish we serve is sustainably sourced and it isn’t on the brink of extinction. We also like to know about where our fish comes from. Our salmon here is caught for us in BC by Organic Oceans. It’s wild and line caught which means it has a lower environmental impact. It’s also way more delicious! #knowyourfood
