Fried Smoked Pickles🥒 What is a fried smoked pickle you ask? Well first, we quick pickle cucumbers in our house brine and put them in the smoker to infuse all of that incredible flavour. Then we bread them with a three part dredging and put them in the fryer to get golden brown. Last step is plating them with our horseradish aioli. Stop by and let us know what you think!
