It’s a bittersweet moment here at Miijidaa as we say goodbye to Chef Yeti. ❤️ While we’ll miss him, we’re so excited to welcome Chef Zach as Miijidaa’s new Chef de Cuisine! Originally from British Columbia, Chef Zach has built an impressive culinary career in Vancouver, Kelowna, and Toronto, where he spent the last 11 years leading the kitchens of some of the city’s most respected restaurants, including Parquet, Bar Chica, Lapinou, and several Oliver & Bonacini restaurants. Now calling our region home, Chef Zach is bringing his passion, creativity, and people-first approach to downtown Guelph. We couldn’t be happier to have him on the team! And for those wondering about Chef Yeti... don’t worry, he’s still part of the Neighbourhood Group family! He’s taking on the role of Chef de Cuisine at our sister restaurant, Borealis Guelph.
